1. Facilities Management

• Oversee daily building operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure building systems comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

2. Vendor and Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with and supervise third-party service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance).
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors.

3. Budget and Cost Control

• Prepare and manage the building's operating budget.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

4. Tenant/Resident Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants/residents regarding building issues.
• Handle complaints, requests, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and manage lease-related requirements.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Implement emergency procedures and lead fire drills and safety training sessions.

6. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and inspection reports.
• Prepare reports for property owners or senior management as required.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property or facility management.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Fire Safety Certification
• Building Management Certification
• OSHA or other workplace safety certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
