Cleaning and Sanitation

• Wash plates, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines.
• Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, countertops, sinks, and walls.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean kitchen floors.
• Handle proper waste disposal, garbage segregation, and trash clearing

Organization and Stock Management

• Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils to proper designated storage areas.
• Help receive, check, and store supplier deliveries.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or broken equipment to management.

Kitchen Support

• Assist the culinary team with basic food prep (such as washing, peeling, or chopping vegetables) when needed.
• Ensure chefs have continuous access to clean tools and cookware during busy service hours.
• Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations (such as wearing proper gear and using chemicals safely).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
