Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily workshop operations, allocating repair jobs, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting technicians to achieve efficient service delivery in accordance with Proton standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations.
- Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely job completion.
- Assist in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all repairs comply with Proton quality and safety standards.
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to technicians.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Maintain workshop productivity, cleanliness, and safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive industry, with supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
- Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence.v
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
