Job Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in providing day-to-day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist in the coordination and administration of learning and development (L&D) programmes, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update employee records, training records, and HR documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and learning initiatives.
• Support employer branding activities, including career fairs, campus engagement events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Gather and compile employee feedback, training participation data, and other HR metrics for reporting purposes.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential HR records.
• Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, and Learning & Development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
