Job Summary
Responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing parts orders, and supporting workshop operations by ensuring the timely availability of genuine Proton parts while delivering efficient service to internal and external customers
Key Responsibilities
- Process spare parts enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Issue and receive parts for workshop and retail customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure parts availability.
- Order genuine Proton spare parts from suppliers.
- Perform stock control, stock take, and inventory updates.
- Verify incoming parts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians on parts requirements.
- Maintain proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of the parts warehouse.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Automotive or related field is an advantage.
- Experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
