• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and identify any discrepancies.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure work is executed safely, within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel during project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, drawings, applicable codes, and company standards.
• Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, method statements, material requirements, and technical documentation.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and coordinate with Procurement and Expediting teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure work is performed in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and potential delays, and propose practical solutions to minimize project impact.
• Monitor project resources, productivity, and progress, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure project activities comply with HSE requirements and promote a safe working environment.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities where applicable.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the PM or immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Junior engineer position. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Willing to work at Oil & Gas fabrication yard at Telok Gong, Klang.
• Working days Mon to Alternate Saturday.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
