Quality Assurance & Control Analyst (1-Year Extendable Contract)

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: 1-Year Extendable Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Control Analyst to ensure software quality by developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with business and development teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform manual and/or automated testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and defect triage.
• Report testing progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Software QA/Testing.
• Experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
• Familiar with SDLC/STLC and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
