About the Roles

EH SUCCESS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is expanding its team and is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Process Engineer
• QA Engineer
• Procurement

Successful candidates will work closely with our production, engineering, quality and supply chain teams to support efficient manufacturing operations, maintain product quality and ensure the timely availability of materials.

1. Process Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct process capability studies, process validations and process optimisation activities.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, including process bottlenecks, defects and equipment-related problems.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, process control plans and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to production employees.
• Analyse production data and prepare reports to monitor process performance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of process design, process control, optimisation and validation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other process improvement methods.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with process control systems, instrumentation and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

2. QA Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards and inspection requirements.
• Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and final product inspections.
• Investigate customer complaints, product defects and non-conformance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, control plans and standard operating procedures.
• Support internal, customer and supplier quality audits.
• Work closely with production, engineering and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare reports on defects, rejection rates and improvement activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC and control plans.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting inspections, audits and root cause investigations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

3. Procurement Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery performance and reliability.
• Request quotations, compare supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, engineering and finance teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain supplier records, purchasing documents and procurement reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities.
• Handle supplier-related issues, including late deliveries, shortages and quality concerns.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and purchasing process improvement.
• Support supplier performance evaluations and maintain positive supplier relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Good negotiation, sourcing and supplier management skills.
• Able to analyse quotations, costs and purchasing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP, inventory or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple purchasing requirements and meet deadlines.

General Requirements:

• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage for communicating with relevant suppliers or customers.
