Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional valuations for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and gather essential market data.
• Prepare and review accurate valuation and advisory reports in a timely manner.
• Liaise professionally with clients, financial institutions, auditors and government authorities.
• Ensure all assignments strictly comply with BOVAEP standards.
• Analyze current market trends to support advisory assignments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Property Management or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in valuation or asset consultancy.
• Skills: Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client management.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and specialized valuation tools.
