Job Description

· Place booking with carriers, airliners or agents.

· Arrange or co-ordinate services of transportation, warehousing, custom clearance or any Logistic services to meet customers’ requirements.

· Prepare the necessary document such as MAWB, HAWB, MBL, HBL, customs declarations, shipping instructions, COO and other necessary documents.

· Ensure all shipment arrangement are compliance with company policy, international trade and regulatory requirements.

· Arrange EDO release with liner for FCL, collection of Delivery Orders (EDO) for LCL and Bills of Lading (B/L) from relevant parties to facilitate shipment processing.

· Manage multiple shipments simultaneously, overseeing each from initiation to

completion with strong attention to details and efficiency.

· Communicate with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and online

Platforms to provide timely updates on shipment status, transit times, and delivery

schedules.

· Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, and sales, to ensure

seamless execution of import, export, cross-trade shipments, and trucking activities.

· Maintain regular shipment reports to monitor progress, identify issues, and support

informed decision-making.

· Resolve shipment issue of delay, discrepancies or any operational issues promptly.

· Maintain accurate data records in CargoWise system, related internal files and customer’s portal in timely manner.

· Review customer feedback and requirements to identify opportunities for enhancing

operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Track shipment progress to ensure timely delivery and proactively address any potential delays.

· Handle any logistics-related problems, such as damage of goods, delays, or miscommunication.

· Take prompt action to minimize disruption to export and import of cargo movements.

· Identify potential risks in movement, such as delays, damage, or loss of goods, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

· Perform weekly billing and costing accurately to meet KPI and complete monthly closing in timely manner.

· Perform the duties of other Freight team members during their absence, as whenever required.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

- Experience: 2+ years in logistics management, with expertise in multimodal transportation and customer-facing roles.

- Certifications: CSCMP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferably.

Skills:

· Advanced proficiency in logistics software and data analytics.

· Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

· Fluency in cross-cultural communication and change management.

· Proficient in using Cargowise or similar freight management systems for alert handling

and operational activities.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal

teams and external partners.

· Familiar with airline and carrier online booking systems and related procedures.

· Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Attention to details and accuracy in documentation

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
