Hiring: Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker Preferred)

Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,500 (Based on qualifications & experience)

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth.

The role will involve working with clients from various industries, including recruitment services and agriculture related businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business trends, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients to understand their business needs.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients and provide suitable business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on business development activities.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and business activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or related industries.
• Experience in recruitment agency, manpower services, agriculture, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self motivated, and target oriented.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin speaker is preferred to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and business partners.
