Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs and complex projects across both Enterprise customer engagements and internal transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong Program Management background, consulting experience, and proven success in delivering AI, IoT and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires an individual who can operate at both strategic and execution levels—working closely with senior stakeholders to shape Program strategies and business outcomes, while driving end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology programs and projects for Enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop program strategies, delivery roadmaps, integrated master plans and governance frameworks for complex initiatives.
• Engage customers and senior leadership teams to understand business objectives and translate them into executable program plans.
• Provide strategic and consulting advisory to stakeholders on program approaches, delivery models, technology adoption and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery from planning and mobilisation through implementation, operational readiness and project closure.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising business, technology, operations and external partners to achieve program objectives.
• Establish program governance and provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, delivery optimisation and operational excellence.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote Project Management best practices across the organisation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing large-scale technology programs and projects.
• Proven experience in delivering AI, IoT, cloud or enterprise digital transformation initiatives with strong business and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing both customer-facing and internal strategic programs in a complex technology environment.
• Prior experience in management consulting or technology consulting is highly preferred. Candidates with experience from leading consulting firms, system integrators or technology organisations will have a distinct advantage.
• Experience in strategic planning, business transformation and IT operations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Program governance, project management methodologies and technology delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, senior business leaders, customers and technology partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
