Role Description The Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kapar, responsible for coordinating and executing store fixture projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, preparing project documentation and reports, and supporting scheduling, resource planning, and risk management activities. The Project Executive will also assist in resolving operational issues on the shop floor, participate in project meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, design, and logistics teams to achieve smooth roll-outs and consistent store fixture outcomes.
Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support resource planning and risk management activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation, reports, and quality standards.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational issues and support continuous improvement in processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, shopfitting, or retail fixtures environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with project management tools is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kapar and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
