Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities
• Handle AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure statutory compliance
• Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support accounting system migration (Xero to NetSuite) and process improvements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Assist with finance projects and other ad hoc accounting duties

Requirements:

• Experience in AP, AR, GL, month-end closing, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Xero and/or NetSuite (preferred)
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting is an advantage
