- Design and implement the overall sales strategy to meet or exceed company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop targeted sales plans for the company’s products or services.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Set clear targets and expectations for individual sales team members and monitor their performance.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous development.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts to predict future sales performance and align strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, progress against targets, and key metrics.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to provide insights into sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor expenses related to sales campaigns, travel, and promotional activities to stay within budget.
- Optimize the allocation of resources to maximize sales and profit margins.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers and strategic partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
