Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key commercial KPIs, including sales performance, pipeline health, and business trends.
Analyse business data and generate insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
Support commercial management initiatives by analysing sales performance, pipeline quality, and business metrics.
Assist in marketing analytics by evaluating campaign performance, customer segments, and market trends.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards.
Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business intelligence processes.
Utilise Business Intelligence and AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or working experience are also welcome.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
