Site Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the progress of construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding site progress.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure work meets required standards.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance records.
• Order and monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
• Resolve on-site issues and address delays or unexpected problems promptly.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and brief workers on safety procedures and daily work plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company quality standards.
• Inspect completed work before submission to ensure it meets project requirements.
• Report project progress, delays, incidents, and resource requirements to management.
