Our client is a leading global semiconductor manufacturing company with an established manufacturing presence in Singapore. They are looking for several Process Engineers to drive process troubleshooting, NPI, recipe development, optimization and continuous improvement across production operations.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Maintain smooth and stable production operations by providing effective engineering support for process buy-off, lot disposition, troubleshooting, containment, and root cause investigation.
• Execute appropriate OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) and ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure consistent and accurate execution of processes and OCAP requirements on the production line.
• Ensure effective shift-to-shift handover and follow-up of outstanding issues, actions, and process executions.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to Process Engineers to support clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support Process Engineers in NPI, process improvement and optimization, DOE, cost reduction, and other engineering improvement initiatives.
• Identify process issues and work collaboratively with relevant teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Microelectronics, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge and experience in WLCSP backend processes; Taping, Backgrind, Laser Mark, LG, Saw and Tape and Reel.
• Knowledge of JMP, 8D, FMEA, and DOE methodologies will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and support root cause investigations.
• Self-driven and independent, with the ability to take ownership and deliver against operational goals.
• Strong commitment, sense of urgency, and passion for engineering and continuous improvement.
