As an Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth port and logistics operations by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment and hands-on problem solving.

Job Description

• Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc.
• Prepare and provide quotations to customers in a timelymanner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries and emails professionally
• Prepare and process billings and operational documentation
• Ensure all port and shipment-related documents are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
• Sort, file, and maintain operational records in accordance with company requirements
• Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Coordinate with customers on delivery and collection arrangements
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, as well as drivers’ and operators’ operational feedback
• Assist in resolving operational issues and complaints through effective problem-solving
• Ensure all operational records are updated accurately and promptly
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor orManagement

Requirements

• At least GCE “O” Level or Diploma in supply chain management / Diploma in maritime and offshore management

• Relevant experience or interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Port or Transportation operations is preferred

• Non-Executive level candidates specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or Maritime studies are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented

• Positive work attitude with good attendance record

• Comfortable working at Jurong Port and in an operational environment
