Are you experienced in military training and passionate about developing others? Join our team as a Weapon Systems Trainer, where you'll play a key role in delivering professional weapons training and shaping the next generation of competent operators.

Key Information 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Location: Upper Jurong Road 

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classrooms before each training session.
Lead and supervise hands-on weapon training exercises with the support of auxiliary trainers.
Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Reinforce key learning points at the end of each lesson to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles.
Candidates with military training experience (e.g. Supervising Officer, Conducting Officer, or similar appointments) are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience in conducting live-firing exercises and range activities.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage trainees effectively.
