Job Scope

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.

Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.

Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement, and closing sales.

Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.

Interfacing with vendors/suppliers and building up relationships.

Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.

· Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services

· Good presentation skills and time management.

· Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.

· Handle existing customers with new IT projects and business opportunities.

· Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales team, technical experts, and key technology partners to capitalize on leads and business prospects. Assist in identifying opportunities within Gebiz and related portals, ensuring timely submission of ITQs (Invitation-to-Quote).

Qualifications
Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" /ITE / Diploma or equivalent. Candidates 1 to 2 year or without sales experience of Project coordination experience will also be considered.
