Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering client and internal projects across digital marketing, social media, content production, KOL campaigns and events. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while serving as the key liaison between clients, internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

•  Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and final reporting.
• Develop project timelines, work plans, milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks, issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings, regular progress updates and post-project reviews.
• Manage client expectations, approvals, revisions and project scope changes.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Creative, Content, Social Media, Video Production, Performance Marketing, Technology, Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensure clear communication, accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage project priorities and optimise resource allocation across multiple projects.

KOL & Campaign Management

• Manage end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, content approvals, timeline management, campaign execution and post-campaign reporting.

Budget & Quality Control

• Track project budgets, timelines and profitability.
• Review deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensure compliance with client briefs, brand guidelines and internal standards.

Process Improvement

• Improve project workflows, SOPs and project management processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Support implementation of project management tools and best practices.
