We are hiring a Catering Supervisor to oversee day-to-day catering operations. You will be the main person on ground to coordinate between kitchen, delivery team, and event clients for events of ************* pax.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Operations: Lead setup, service, and breakdown for weddings, corporate, school, and mass events

On-Site Supervision: Manage team of waiters, servers, and kitchen helpers on event day. Ensure buffet setup, food replenishment, chafing dishes, and hygiene standards

Client Coordination: Liaise with client/venue before and during event. Handle last-minute requests professionally

Kitchen Coordination: Work closely with Head Chef to confirm menu, timing, and food dispatch. Ensure food leaves kitchen on time and arrives hot

Logistics: Oversee loading/unloading, crockery, equipment, and transport to event sites

Quality & Hygiene: Ensure SFA food safety standards, proper food handling, and neat staff grooming

Staff Management: Create duty roster, brief team, handle attendance and performance on-site

Admin: Do event checklist, stock count, wastage report, and post-event feedback to management

Timings: Flexible hours. Weekends, PH, night events and early morning 4AM-5AM dispatch are required
