Job Description:

1. The candidate must have knowledge of Rebar work.

2. The situation of overtime working may be required when the project’s needs.

3. Constantly needs to be reporting the work status to the manager.

4. Must have experience of managing workers, and ability & knowledge to arrange work for workers.

5. Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.

7. Should be able to coordinate with the workers and co-drivers. Schedule & arranged the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening for all the workers.

8. Always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.

9. Must check the tools working condition before bringing them to work sites.

10. Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status about to end as teamwork.

11. You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.

12. Must be physically fit to carry heavy materials to load and unload to work sites. Material stores to be always maintained properly.

The Requirements:

1. Able to communicate with construction workers.

2. Could follow company's projects progress work among the varies sites.

3. Could be a team leader, train & guide the construction workers at project site.
