Responsibilities

Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, clients, architects and consultants on site E&M matters

Assist in design works, project planning and operations of E&M systems

Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Engineering or related field

Min 3 years’ relevant exp in handling fitting out projects especially in retail, banking or office

Familiar with project co-ordination & site progress monitoring

Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
