a)Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

b)Ensure production is strictly produced according to product specifications and standard operating procedures.

c)Enforces company policies and safety procedures for staffs.

d)Adheres to and implements the documented procedures in the Quality and Environmental Management System.

e)Keep machinery and measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs.

f)To identified any non-conformance product.

g)To monitor subordinate attendance and time out.

h)Prepare production performance and progress report.

i)Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements plan.

j)Provides job training to workers to meet production goals.

k)Ensure the effectiveness of 6S practice and always keep the production area clean and tidy.

l)Any other responsibilities as instructed by Superior.

Job Requirement :

-Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience in Manufacturing or related working experience

- Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills
