Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions and automated workflows
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance web-based applications to support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define process flows, system specifications, and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive timely delivery of digital solutions by aligning project execution with defined process goals, performance metrics, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify and resolve system issues during deployment while continuously improving usability, process efficiency, and user experience
- Establish reusable and scalable solution frameworks to enable adoption and extension across multiple COEs beyond EISG
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in web base enterprise software development
- Proficient in ASP.NET, SQL, C#, MS SQL Database, RESTful API, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, JSON, MVC, LINQ, Git, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concept and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize.
- Be able to display good problem solving skills with drive to improve existing business processes and procedures
- Having good communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
- An excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
- Ability to work with various senior stakeholders
- Desire to learn new technologies
- MS Excel macro is added advantage.
