Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for VoIP systems, IP PBX, SIP Trunking, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
• Provide on-site and remote support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in VoIP, IP Telephony, or IT Support.
• Knowledge of SIP, IP PBX, Asterisk, FreePBX, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN), and routing concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for on-site support when required.

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
