Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Troubleshoot, resolves and documents complex testing problem
• Understands all aspect of device testing
• Creates schedule proficiently on test program delivery for new products and sustaining activities
• Works on maintaining, developing and releasing ATE test programs for new products and production-released products without supervision
• Creates test method for complex device testing requirement
• Creates schematics needed for test hardware
• Works with manufacturing to save test cost through major test time reduction and yield improvement
• Provides training for young test engineers on test fundamentals
• Collaborates independently and pro-actively with support groups within manufacturing, product engineering, software engineering, and design engineering
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus) in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor Industry on Test Program Development Experience with Teradyne Nextest Magnum 1/2/2X and Advantest V93000
• Experience with SoC and mixed-signal devices
