Your Role Will Include:

The Community Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. You're the person tenants and owners can count on. Day to day, that looks like:

• Handling move-ins, move-outs, renewals & tenancy matters
• Coordinating maintenance, contractors & condo management
• Conducting unit inspections & preparing reports
• Preparing owner reports, rental updates & payment summaries
• Following up on tickets, outstanding payments & tenant concerns
• Keeping our property management system clean and up to date

You'll thrive here if you:

Communicate well in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus)

Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Are comfortable heading out for viewings & on-site coordination

Have your own transport

Have a background in property, hospitality, customer service, or ops — or are a fresh grad ready to learn fast
