Role Description The Research Program Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role supports the planning and execution of research projects, including coordinating timelines, organizing materials, and maintaining documentation. The assistant helps collect, organize, and summarize data and research findings for internal use and external presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing slide decks and reports, supporting communication between team members and stakeholders, and ensuring that project information is accurate and up to date. The role also involves assisting with meeting logistics, note-taking, and follow-up actions to keep research programs on track.
Qualifications
- Ability to support and coordinate research projects, including planning, tracking progress, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Strong research and analytical skills to collect information, synthesize findings, and identify key insights.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience preparing presentations, slide decks, and written summaries of research outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide software, project management platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as social sciences, data analytics, information science, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience.
