Engineering Manager

Lead the Process Engineering function for a greenfield project, driving automation, smart manufacturing, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives in the sustaining phase.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
• Drive automation, robotics, AI-enabled manufacturing and digitalisation projects
• Improve productivity, quality, OEE, cost and manufacturing lead time
• Lead NPI, product transfers and manufacturing industrialisation
• Champion smart factory initiatives including IIoT, data analytics and Digital Twin applications
• Support capacity expansion and capital projects

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation or related)
• 10+ years in Process Engineering within a mid to heavy manufacturing environment
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong experience in automation, process improvement and factory transformation
• Exposure to smart manufacturing, AI, Digital Twin or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly advantageous
• Experience in sheet metal, welding, assembly or industrial equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Mandarin speaking is required for business communication purposes
