The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety, security, and risk management within the hotel premises. The role ensures full compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and international hospitality standards. This includes safeguarding guests, employees, assets and always maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

• tDevelop, implement, and monitor occupational safety and health (OSH) policies in compliance with local regulations
• .Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Fire Services Act, and relevant Malaysian statutory requirements
• .Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification exercises
• .Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented
