TDCX Hiring! Full Time Assistant Facilities Manager in - Ricebowl

Our client, a prominent leader in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector, is looking for a visionary Assistant Facilities Manager to step into a high-impact leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations and manage the execution of facility maintenance contracts. Lead the on-site IFM team to ensure seamless performance with minimal operational disruption.
• Monitor critical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) infrastructure. Perform root-cause analyses on system malfunctions and implement prompt corrective actions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary specialist contractors, ensuring full compliance, high-quality deliverables, and strict alignment with client KPIs.
• Serve as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM). Conduct fire evacuation drills, table-top exercises, and safety briefings in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and recommend Green Mark initiatives to drive energy efficiency. Assist with feasibility studies, management reporting, and construction option appraisals.
• Provide training and technical support to upskill maintenance staff. Maintain 24/7 availability (including weekends and public holidays) for facility emergencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, with a proven track record in supervisory and leadership roles.
• Preferred Certifications: Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM),Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
• Strong technical M&E troubleshooting, contractor management skills, sound decision-making abilities, and 24/7 emergency availability.
