Role Description The Project Executive intern will support project planning, coordination, and execution for IT and communication solutions, primarily based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project documentation, timelines, and progress tracking, as well as supporting communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. The intern will help prepare reports, presentations, and status updates, and may participate in meetings, site visits, and basic testing or quality checks on project deliverables. This internship role also involves learning and applying company processes, contributing to problem-solving activities, and ensuring tasks are completed according to project requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Possess basic project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, documentation, and time management.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Show foundational understanding of information technology and networking concepts, with interest in infrastructure, systems, or communication solutions.
• Have analytical and problem-solving abilities to support data gathering, simple analysis, and reporting on project progress.
• Be proficient in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, online communication platforms).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Petaling Jaya, manage responsibilities independently, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
• Interest in gaining experience in client-focused solution delivery; prior internship or project experience in IT or telecommunications is an advantage.
