Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
Assist in maintaining employee records, including updating personal information, tracking attendance, and managing employee databases.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training and development programs.
Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with other HR and administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
