Role Description The Credit Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Simpang Empat. This position is responsible for monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate credit records. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit limits, following up on outstanding invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing regular aging reports for management. The role involves liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, supporting the implementation of credit policies, and reducing overdue balances while maintaining positive business relationships. The Credit Control Executive will also assist in evaluating credit risks, recommending appropriate actions, and supporting continuous improvement in credit control processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in accounts receivable management, credit control, and debt collection, with the ability to analyze aging reports and customer payment trends.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage customer interactions, resolve disputes, and maintain professional relationships.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or credit control, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Simpang Empat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
• Working knowledge of basic financial principles, credit risk assessment, and internal control procedures.
