We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and reporting
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent management activities
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, claims, and employee records
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, HRD Corp, PCB, etc.) and company policies
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations and industrial relations matters
• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and management updates
• Manage outsourced manpower and liaise with manpower agencies
• Negotiate with manpower supply agents and manage outsourced foreign workers
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Foreign Worker Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Human Resource Management: 8 years (Preferred)
• IR/ER: 5 years (Preferred)
