Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Production, Assembly, Warehouse, and Accounts departments to support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily production and assembly activities.
• Monitor production progress and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain production records, quality inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate material requisitions, stock movements, and factory consumable purchases.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with production personnel, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Update production schedules, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Assist management by providing updates on production performance and highlighting operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production support, warehouse operations, or inventory administration is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well both independently and within a team.
