Location: Bukit Raja, Selangor
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours:

• 6 days per week (45 hours)
• Rotating shifts:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, tracking operational activities, and coordinating with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain daily operational records and reports.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities and ensure data is accurately recorded.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track attendance and assist with administrative documentation.
• Support the operations team in investigating and resolving order-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational performance.
• Maintain organized records and perform general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Previous experience in administration or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,150 per month
• Overtime payment where applicable.
• Statutory benefits in accordance with the Employment Act.

Pay: RM2,150.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Raja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
