Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Governance

• Oversee daily accounting, month-end closing, financial statements, and executive reporting.
• Enforce internal financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures.

2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor company cash flow, manage working capital, and handle credit control/collections.
• Manage banking relationships, trade facilities, and vendor payment schedules.

3. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with LHDN mandatory e-Invoicing, SST, corporate tax, and statutory requirements.
• Lead external audits and serve as the main point of contact for auditors, tax agents, and regulators.

4. Budgeting & Cost Optimization

• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Key Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel, e-Invoicing requirements, and local tax laws.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
