Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume operations, customer service, retail onboarding, proactive inside sales, or telemarketing.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (mandatory).
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is a strong advantage to support a diverse customer base.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• Fixed roster with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory working days.
• 2 weekday off days will be assigned based on team placement and operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
