Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of customer service
• Willing and able to work in overtime
• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Possess a good track record

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for travel-related systems used by Travel Agents.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation throughout the project period.
• Perform portal maintenance activities and support system availability.
• Conduct regular system checks, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as required.
• Assist in identifying, investigating, and escalating application-related issues to the relevant teams.
• Support testing activities, system updates, and implementation of project-related enhancements.
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Provide support during the project implementation period and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
