• Writing and Content Creation: Strong ability to create engaging and informative content across various digital platforms. Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
• AI and Technology Proficiency: Experienced in using AI tools for content generation and optimization. Ability to leverage AI to enhance content creativity and effectiveness.

As an AI Content Creator & Copywriter, your role is to produce engaging, innovative, and high-quality content daily across various marketing platforms. This role requires expertise in copywriting, creative storytelling, and proficiency in AI prompting tools to enhance the creation process and maintain a strong brand voice.

Job Scope:

1. Content Writing for Social Media & Ads:

• Create engaging, on-brand content and captions for daily social media postings, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the tone aligns with audience preferences and platform requirements.

2. Email Marketing Copywriting:

• Write persuasive email newsletters, campaigns, and nurture sequences that drive engagement and conversions.

3. Website & Blog Content Creation:

• Develop optimized content for website pages, articles, and blogs to boost SEO (guided by digital marketing specialist) and enhance audience value.
• Research and implement relevant keywords for content visibility.

4. AI Prompting & Content Optimization:

• Leverage AI tools for brainstorming ideas, generating drafts, and creating high-quality content efficiently.
• Refine AI-generated content to align with TYMBA's brand tone and campaign objectives.

5. Daily Content Ideation:

• Generate fresh, creative content ideas for social media, blogs, and campaigns that align with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with design teams to align visuals and messaging seamlessly.

6. Campaign Copywriting:

• Develop strategic and creative content tailored for specific marketing campaigns, social ads, and product launches.

7. Content Performance Optimization:

• Track content performance (engagement rates, CTRs) and optimize strategies based on insights.

8. Research & SEO Integration (Guided by DGM Specialist):

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to create SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic.

9. Collaboration & Time Management:

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign objectives.
• Manage daily content deliverables efficiently to meet deadlines.

10. Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on content marketing trends, AI advancements, and best practices to keep content fresh and impactful.
