We are looking for motivated Management Trainees to receive hands-on training in outlet operations, customer service, inventory, sales reporting and team supervision, with opportunities to develop basic management skills.

Job Descriptions:
Store Operations

• Assist with daily outlet operations, including customer service, cashiering, food and beverage preparation and stock management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and service standards are maintained.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in handling customer feedback and service-related issues.

Leadership Development

• Support senior team members in supervising staff and coordinating daily tasks.
• Assist with shift scheduling and manpower allocation.
• Learn how to motivate, guide and manage team members.
• Monitor operational and customer service standards.

Inventory Management

• Assist with stock-taking and inventory control.
• Support the ordering, receiving and storage of supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and help reduce shortages and wastage.

Sales and Reporting

• Support daily sales and cashiering processes.
• Assist in preparing end-of-day sales and operational reports.
• Learn how to analyse sales performance and operational data.
• Provide basic market information and support marketing activities.

Staff Training and People Management

• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Learn basic staff welfare, workplace policies and conflict-resolution procedures.
• Support communication and coordination between departments.

Requirements:

• University degree or above in any relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Candidates with previous experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, customer service or entertainment operations will have an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
