Language Requirement: Able to communicate effectively in English for workplace communication and coordination.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, material procurement, progress claims, and cost control.
• Prepare and review contracts, project budgets, payment claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project costs and support the successful completion of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) construction projects is preferred.
• Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Services will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
