POSITION PURPOSE
The Integrity Engineer will lead, supervise, and manage the corrosion and integrity requirements of Jadestone's facilities to meet the Company's key performance indicators in areas such as HSE, Production, Reliability, Cost and Compliance.
Provide support to the Jadestone technical team by participating in and supporting a high-performance culture, in line with Jadestone's mission and values.
Manage the Integrity Engineering and Corrosion Management scope for brownfield/greenfield projects design and execution whilst meeting and complying with company and regulatory requirements, standards, and expectations.
Principal Accountabilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain, implement corrosion control and monitoring activities through a standardised CorrosionManagement Strategy across Jadestone's facilities
- Plan, manage and execute Integrity improvement projects and Offshore Self-Regulation (OSR) integrityassurance per regulatory requirements
- Participate in, lead and / or organise for materials related failure analyses
- Perform fitness for service assessments
- Maintain, implement, and monitor all corrosion control and inspection activities across Jadestone's facilities
- Manage corrosion management and inspection activities in accordance with allocated budget
- Co-ordinate the schedule of inspection activities across facilities to optimise the use of external resourcesutilising established service agreements and approved contractors
- Assist in investigating all break-downs due to reliability / integrity related issues. Collation of all integrityrelated failure investigations and creation of recommendations to Engineering and MaintenanceManager
- Assist with RCA / Criticality reviews / HAZID's / HAZOP's and any other practises as required
- Audit inspection practices and conformance against maintenance management procedures/ corrosionmanagement guidelines
- Assist in shutdown planning as and when required
- Liaise with Engineering and Maintenance Superintendent on personnel and support services required tosupport the offshore organisation ensuring fabric maintenance and inspection targets are met
- Participate as an active member of the onshore Incident Management Team (IMT)
- Ensure all anomalies are monitored and corrective actions are managed using Jadestone's CMMS
- Responsible for subcontractor selection and management
- Generate, plan, and coordinate the execution of minor brownfield modification work packs.
- Actively encouraging and offering recommendations regarding improvements and cost savings in all matters within their area of responsibility

Health, Safety & Environment Responsibilities
- Comply with, participate in, propose changes to and assist with the development/review of Company HSE policies, plans, programmes and procedures, the Safety Case and Environment Plan
- Report hazards, accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Participate in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Toolbox Meetings, HAZID and Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) workshops, departmental and Facility safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations as required
- Take part in Facility HSE auditing and inspection/testing regimes
- Participating in HAZOPs as required
POSITION HOLDER REQUIREMENT
Formal Qualification
- A relevant engineering discipline degree combined with extensive offshore oil and gas facilities experience
- Offshore Self-Regulation (OSR) Inspector certification
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- 5-10 years oil & gas industry experience
- Good understanding of HSE issues and risks associated with the production of oil and gas
- Working knowledge of corrosion inspection techniques and their applications
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of people ranging from technical staff to onsite operations personnel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- General understanding of project economics, procurement processes, and cost control
- Proven experience dealing with industry regulators
- Comprehensive/Advanced computer user skills - full suite of Microsoft products
