Job Description
- Experience in Order Management and Inventory Control
- Assist the supervisor in day-to-day tasks
- Day to day visual inspection on incoming / outgoing machines and materials
- To coordinate with Requesters and order confirmation / schedule / record maintaining
- Operate forklift for organizing and storage of inventory
- Perform Monthly stock take accurately and timely
- Perform receiving, checking, counting and storing of goods in assigned location
- Assist in stock take and cycle count / Annual stock take
- Perform sales of spare parts to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Store / Workshop
- Need to perform data entry for stocks movements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned
