Ø  Preparation of QA/QC documents and ITPs and implementation in the projects.

Ø  QA/QC Management and Audit management

Ø  Performing inspections as per the ITP and Project procedures and specifications.

Ø  Follow up with Audit finding closeouts and NCRs follow up and close outs.

Ø  Involving Welding inspection, WQT and WPS qualifications

Ø  Controlling Painting and coating inspections for piping, Structure and equipment with help of painting inspectors.

Ø  Vendor package management in terms of material inspection, Fabrication, welding, NDT and painting activities

Ø  Involving FAT and final inspection for the packages and issue release notes.

Ø  Witnessing Hydro test for piping systems and vessels

Ø  Involving load testing for all kinds of lifting appliances.

Ø  Liaising with Third party Inspection agencies and classification societies for QA/QC related matters

Ø  Preparation of final documentation

Additional knowledge and working experience in NDT

Ø  Involving Validation for different types of joints and materials. Making Scan plan and interpretation for various types of UT Inspection.

Ø  UT Inspection on Weld scanning (Carbon Steel, Duplex Etc.) Corrosion mapping, Surface, HIC Crack Detection Etc.

Ø  Ultrasonic inspection with Normal, TR, Angle beam, TR Angle probes in welding (Carbon Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex Etc,).

Ø  Familiar in TCG &DAC method with SDH,NOTCH, FBH.

Ø  Experience i n defect identification &classifying the type of Defects& Acceptance as per standard.

Ø  Report preparation and to manage all about technical problem’s

Ø  Review the Inspection and Test Plan, NDT Procedures as per the codes& Client requirements.

Ø  Implementation and involving Internal, External Audit.

Ø  Conducting safety and internal training, Examination.

Ø  Familiar with International codes& standards such as AWSD1.1

Ø  ASME Sec V, VIII, B31.3, DNV-OS -C401, API.

Ø  Briefing the codes& Standards to the NDT Inspectors.

Ø  NDT Inspection in FPSO, FSO and Various types of ships, Pressure vessel, Turret, End plates, Radial Gate, in take Gate.

Ø  Thickness Measurement in pipelines and boilers, Furnaces, storage Tanks, vessels.

Ø  MPI&DPT test in all kind of weld and in fabrication works.

Ø  Familiar in Hardness, PMI, Ferrite Inspection.

Ø  Maintaining daily reports and co-ordination with clients.

Ø  Carry out NDT inspection on Equipment Foundations, Bolt Tie Down and Torque check, etc.

Ø  All rotating equipment installation/alignments, mechanical completion, clear punch list.

Ø  Inspection on Installation of Main Engines ,Generators, Mechanical ventilation Systems, Steering Gear Systems, Air Conditioning Systems and Winches, Derrick & etc.

Ø  Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards & P.O

Ø  Witnessing Mechanical test in laboratories -Tensile, Impact, Hardness & Bend test.

Ø  Witnessing the pressure test, flushing and chemical cleaning piping system.

Ø  Carrying out inspection on GRP material during and after installation as per code.

Ø  Preparation and submitted dossiers for handover to operations.  

Ø  Keeping track of all generated Quality documents for the project and final compilation.

Ø  Prepare and issue Inspection Reports and NCRs’

Ø  Inspection of piping from the early stage of spool fabrication to line check, hydro test, chemical cleaning &reinstatement, till the final stage of color-coding and valve tagging.

Ø  To conduct the factory acceptance test due to equipment delivery  (FAT)

Ø  HVAC Material Received inspection and vender certificates documents (VCD) verifications.

Ø  Inspection of HVAC equipment site construction activities testing adjusting and balancing of system as per applicable vendor requirements and standards.

Ø  Inspect accordance with approved drawing speciation and installation procedure and material storage procedure is properly implemented./ Inspection on ducting lining insulation of the air-conditioning  system
