Lead the overall operations, maintenance and performance of the assigned building to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Manage and supervise the site facilities team, contractors and service providers to deliver quality facilities management services.
Oversee preventive, corrective and improvement works, ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Manage budgets, procurement, contracts, project delivery and contractor performance to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), statutory regulations and client requirements.
Lead energy management initiatives, monitor utility performance and support sustainability and Green Mark objectives.
Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders while ensuring contractual KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Degree in Estate/Facilities Management, Building, Mechanical, Electrical or approved professional qualifications from a locally recognized university
Minimum 8 years of relevant facilities or estate management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
Certified Singapore Certified Energy Manager(SCEM) – Professional Level.
